How your loc count and service selection affect the time reserved for your appointment.

Loc Count & Appointment Time

• Services are scheduled based on your loc count and the estimated time needed to complete the selected service.
• Clients with established locs must provide an approximate loc count when booking.

Incorrect Bookings

• The Salon may adjust or reschedule appointments that are booked incorrectly.
• The original $40 deposit will be forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to rebook.

How your deposit is applied, when it may be transferred, and when it will be forfeited.

Deposit Terms

• A non-refundable $40 deposit is required for every appointment.
• The deposit will be applied to your service total.
• With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date up to two times.

Transfer Limits

• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another client or applied to a different service.

Notice Requirement

• Regular services require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without charge.
• Services booked for a full day or longer require 48 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduling within the notice window is free; cancellations made after the window are subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service price, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service price, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

The late fee and how arriving late may affect your scheduled service.

Late Fee

• Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time will result in a $30 late fee.

Effect On Your Service

• Your service may be adjusted or shortened to keep later appointments on schedule.
• Any adjustment will depend on the service booked and the amount of appointment time remaining.

How to change a booked service, report concerns about a completed style, or adjust an extended appointment.

Advance Service Changes

• Requests to change your booked service must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Style Redo Requests

• If you have concerns about your completed style, please contact the Salon within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Any requested redo must be completed within seven days of the original appointment.

Extended Appointments

• If your original service reserved four or more hours and you change or downgrade the service with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will remain financially responsible for the time originally reserved.

Booking Adjustments

• The Salon may modify or reschedule appointments that are not booked in the required order.

Consultation requirements for new clients and clients traveling from out of town.

In-Person Consultations

• An in-person consultation is required for all new clients. The consultation fee is $50.
• If a service is booked within 90 days of the consultation, the $50 fee will be applied to the service total.
• Consultation credits that are not used within 90 days will be forfeited.

Virtual Consultations

• Virtual consultations are available only to out-of-town clients.
• Clear, recent photos of your hair must be sent by text before the consultation.
• If the required photos are not provided, the consultation may be canceled without a refund.

The 4% experience fee, what it supports, and whether it can be refunded.

Per-Visit Fee

• Effective November 1, 2025, a 4% experience fee will be added at checkout.
• This fee supports salon amenities, upkeep, and the overall guest experience.

Refunds

• The experience fee is assessed once per appointment.
• The fee is non-refundable.

The salon’s age and supervision requirements for children.

Supervision

• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children receiving services must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian for the full appointment.
• Please speak with your stylist in person before your child’s service to go over any specific needs or concerns.
• A $100 late pickup fee applies if a child is not picked up on time at the end of their appointment.

Age Policy

• Salon services are available only to children ages five and older.
