Most installations take 3 to 6 hours depending on method, hair length, and density. First-time clients should book a consultation first so we can give you an accurate time and pricing estimate before the installation appointment.
Most clients come in every 4 to 8 weeks. If you're very active or have fast growth, closer to 4 weeks works best. If your growth is slower and your lifestyle lower-impact, 6 to 8 weeks is usually enough. We'll give you a personalized recommendation after your first visit.
Yes. We take on new maintenance clients regardless of where their locs were started. We'll assess your loc health at your first appointment and build a care plan from there. No extra charge for new clients with existing locs, and no consultation is required to book.

We want our booking policies to be simple, fair, and transparent. By booking an appointment with Locs of Love LLC (“Locs of Love” or “the Salon”), you agree to the terms below.
Deposit
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Applied toward your service total.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Services that take a full day or longer: 48 hours’ notice.
Same-day: 50% of service + deposit forfeited
No-show: 100% of service + deposit forfeited
Late Arrivals
More than 15 minutes late: $30 late fee.
Services may also be shortened to stay on schedule.
Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Services that take a full day or longer: 48 hours’ notice.
Deposit may be transferred up to 2 times.
Less than 24 hrs: deposit forfeited + new deposit required.
Experience Fee
A 4% fee is added at checkout to support salon amenities and upkeep. Non-refundable.
