Book Your Appointment

Loc Count & Time

• Services are booked based on loc count and estimated time.
• Clients with established locs must provide an approximate loc count at booking.

Incorrect Bookings

• The Salon may reschedule or adjust incorrectly booked appointments.
• The original $40.00 deposit is forfeited; a new deposit is required to rebook.

Terms

• Deposit is non-refundable and applied to the service total.
• Transfer permitted a maximum of two (2) times with 24+ hrs notice.

Limits

• Changes within 24 hrs → deposit forfeited; new deposit required.
• Deposits are not transferable between clients or services.

Notice Window

• Provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Fees

• Same-day cancellations: 50% of the total service + deposit forfeited.
• No-shows: 100% of the total service + deposit forfeited.
• Fees are charged to the payment method on file.

Grace & Fee

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a $30.00 Late Fee.

Schedule Impact

• Services may be adjusted or shortened to maintain the schedule.

Advance Changes

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Extended Appointments

• If your original service reserved 4+ hours and you change with less than 24 hours’ notice, you remain financially responsible for the originally reserved time.

Required Order

• When booking a haircut with loc services, schedule Loc Maintenance → Haircut/Line-up.

Adjustments

• The Salon may modify or reschedule appointments that are not booked in the required order.

In-Person

• Required for all new clients. Fee: $50.00.
• If services are booked within 90 days, the fee is applied to the service total.
• Credits not redeemed within 90 days are forfeited.

Virtual (OT Travelers)

• Available for out-of-town clients only.
• Provide clear, recent photos of your hair via text before the consultation.
• Missing photos may result in cancellation without refund.

Per Visit

• $2.50 is added at checkout to support amenities, salon upkeep, and the overall guest experience.

Non-Refundable

• Assessed once per appointment; the fee is non-refundable.

Supervision

• Children under 13 may not be left unattended in the Salon.

Barbering Age

• Barbering services are available to children ages 5+ only.

• By booking, paying a deposit, or confirming an appointment, you agree to these policy terms.
• These policies may be used as supporting documentation in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
