For first-time loc clients, yes. A consultation lets us see your hair in person, understand your goals, and give you a real recommendation before you commit to a service. It also makes your installation appointment run more efficiently. Available through the same booking system as any other service. If you already have established locs, a consultation isn't needed, you can book your maintenance service directly.
We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your time to another client. A deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total.
Rescheduling: There's no fee to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. After two rescheduled appointments, your deposit is forfeited.
Same-day cancellations: A 50% service charge applies, or your deposit is retained.
No-call, no-shows: Charged at 100% of the service.
